Nigerian conjoined Twins finally gets separated after successful surgery involving 22 doctors
Remember the Nigerian conjoined twins who were delivered at a Lagos Hospital on the 8th of May 2017?
They have finally undergone a successful surger in Bangalore, India, which involved 22 doctors.
Obinna and Amarachi Ugwuoke, who already had two children, were shocked on seeing their twin babies, James and John, shortly after delivery. They were fused at the stomach.
They had to be flown to India, where they were successfully separated, after a marathon operation that involved 22 specialists. According to the doctors, the twins can now live independent lives.
