Nigerian Uber Driver Returns $700 lost by American Lawyer

An American Lawyer Rogelio Garcia felt impressed how a Nigerian immigrant Uber driver found and returned a lost clip of dollar bills totaling $700 belonging to him.

The lawyer made the development public via his twitter handle, @LawyerRogelio.

The lawyer stated that he had somehow dropped the money in the vehicle as he hurried to an event for his nephew.

Hours later however, the Nigerian driver returned the cash to him and explained that another passenger had seen the money and handed it over. The driver stated that after they counted the money, he remembered that he had picked the lawyer up earlier; thus, he was able to trace him and return the cash.

I asked him how he found it and he said another female passenger got in his car after me and handed (found $ in back seat))the money to him. They both counted it and he remembered the man with a distinctive cowboy hat.

Mr Rogelio went on to say rewarded the honest Nigerian with a generous $100 tip.
