Tanzanians Call Out Tiwa Savage For Allegedly Rigging Award Show

Nigerian superstar female singer, Tiwa Savage has been called out by Tanzanians for allegedly rigging an award show in order to emerge winner.

Tiwa Savage was declared the most stylish celebrity, beating Tanzaniab singer, Vanessa Mdee at an award organized by the organizers of the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards.

According to Too Xclusive, winners are selected by the number of hashtags they garnered, and Tanzanian singer, Vanessa Mdee’s fans had campaign to get her more votes. As at the time of the awards, her fans’s page reported that they had gotten her 552 hashtags, while Nigeria’s Tiwa Savage got just 70.

However, Tiwa Savage was declared the winner last night, and this has stirred major outrage on social media, with many Tanzanians accusing her of buying the award.
